Very rare gold/enamel Patek Philippe half hunting cased watch, from the former possession of a count, Genèva circa 1865.
An 18 carat gold, ” à goutte” half hunting cased, enamel monogram MRR on the back, enamel count crown, case cover with cobalt blue enamel numerals.
Dome is signed and numbered, Patek Philippe precision lever movement with wolf’s toothing, early crown winding movement with balance lever, very rare caliber.
