A very fine French 18 carat gold and enamel open faced verge pocket watch, circa 1760. High-class French verge movement. White enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, probably original hands. Engraved case with, a typical Rococo, polychrome enamel scene on the back, the sides with enamelled roses. Movement signed.
