A (probably) Swiss 18-carat gold, enamel and diamond set snuffbox/coin case with an integrated watch, circa 1840. A historical treasure. Dark blue translucent enamelled engine turned case set with extraordinary large diamonds and florally engraved at the bottom, maker’s mark ET, snuff box opens by a button at the rim, silk decoration inside, above the opening button another miniature button which opens the spring lid. Concealed watch with cylinder movement and key winding.
