A large French chrome-plated open faced chronograph lever deck watch with register, probably made for the French Navy, circa 1945-1950. High-quality gilt ankerchronometer movement, extra-large chronometer balance, calibre Lemania 1000, intermediate wheel chronograph. White dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds, 30-minute counter and blued steel hands. Plain case, additional dust protection back. Dial signed, movement numbered.
