Very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless Art Deco dress watch, circa 1930. 17 Jewels, rhodium plated movement, straight line lever escapement, bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Attractive case with enamel decoration to the back. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered. Comes with original Omega pouch and an Omega small carton box from the time.
