A large Swiss silver skeletonized quarter repeating verge pocket watch, circa 1820. Skeletonized gilt movement, verge escapement, finely engraved barrel bridge, large silver regulating disc. Annular white enamel dial with Arabic hours and outer minute divisions, the centre disclosing the polished stainless steel striking mechanism and the skeletonized gear train, blued Breguet steel hands. Small enamel imperfections at the rim. Solid case, reeded band. Comes with the original key. Case numbered.
