An especially large and extra flat Swiss 18 carat gold open faced chronograph lever pocket watch with counter, circa 1925. Montre Couteau. Retailed by Cartier. Movement signed by European Watch & Clock Co, Geneva striping decoration, special fine adjusting device, chronograph with 30-minutes-counter. Silvered dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and original blued steel hands. Elegant, plain case. Dial signed by the retailer, movement numbered and signed by the watchmaker.
