A Swiss gold and enamel watch with center seconds and pouzait type lever escapement, circa 1775, gilt full plate movement, deadbeat Pouzait type lever escapement with oversized bimetallic balance, diamond endstone, engraved balance cock, the balance visible through glazed back.
White enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer track, center seconds hand, gold case, blue enamel to the bezels heightened by translucent red enamel dots.
