A Swiss gold and enamel cylinder watch concealed in beetle form brooch, circa 1890, gilt brass cylinder movement, monometallic balance with flat blued balance spring, Raquette for the regulation, gold case with two wings decorated with red translucent enamel over engine turning hinged to reveal the dial beneath, cabochon ruby-set eyes, head and wings with rose-cut diamonds, underside realistically carved legs.
White enamel dial with Breguet numerals and outer minute track, wings numbered, movement numbered.
