A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless pocket watch with chronograph made in the late 19th century. It features a mechanical chronograph movement with a moustache lever escapement. The white enamel dial displays Roman numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, Arabic five minute numerals, outermost fifth of a second divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, Louis XV hands and a central hand for the chronograph. The case is smooth and has an 18 carat gold cuvette.
