Gold, enamel and diamond-set pendant watch by Patek Philippe

A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond-set keyless lever pendant watch with 14 carat gold and enamel long chain, circa 1912. Sold on October 24th, 1913. Matte gilt movement, 15 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette with engraved foliate monogram. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute track and gold painted Arabic five-minute numerals, partially replaced gold Louis XV hands. Hinged bezel decorated with blue guilloché enamel and chased with flower scrolls, hinged case back overlaid with blue guilloché enamel and a central star set with a rose-cut diamond. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, case and movement numbered. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
