Gold keyless lever with chronograph and 30-minute register

A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever chronometer dress watch with split-seconds chronograph and instantaneous 30-minute register, circa 1924. Frosted gilt movement, 23 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, sapphire end stones, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck, micrometre regulator, split-seconds mechanism under the dial. Gold hinged cuvette. White enamel dial with painted Roman numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, subsidiary sunk seconds and 30-minute register dials. Solid case, polished, engine-turned case back. Dial, case and movement signed, case numbered. Accompanied by a fitted box.
