A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless chronometer dress watch with split seconds chronograph and instantaneous 30 minute register, circa 1924. Frosted gilt movement, 23 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, sapphire endstones, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator, split seconds mechanism under the dial. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with painted Roman numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, subsidiary sunk seconds, 30 minute register dials and original hands. Case engine turned to the back. Dial, case and movement signed, case numbered. Accompanied by a fitted box.
