A very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless lever doctor’s dress watch with chronograph, instantaneous 30-minute register and pulsometer with alternating black and red Arabic numbers, circa 1925. Frosted gilt ¾ movement, 25 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette. White enamel dial with Paris numerals, outer minute/seconds and 1/5th seconds chronograph divisions, subsidiary dials for the constant seconds and 30-minute registers, outermost pulsometer graduation scale with alternating black and red numerals and calibrated for 30 pulsations, original gold spade hands. Solid case, polished, chronograph pushbutton at 6 o’clock. Case, dial and movement signed, case numbered.
