Large gold open-faced repeating lever by Patek Philippe

A very fine and large Swiss 18-carat gold open-faced minute repeating keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1912 and 1975. Movement made in 1912, completed and cased in 1975. Sold on April 29, 1976. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 31 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial, and original blued steel spade hands. Polished case. Dial, case, and movement signed, case numbered. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
