A fine Swiss 14 carat rose gold hunting cased keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1890. Nickel movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette engraved with the technical details. Matte gilt dial with painted dauphine numerals, outer minute track intersected by red 24-hour numerals, subsidiary seconds and original blued steel spade hands. Polished case, the front cover with applied foliate monogram, the back engraved with Masonic symbols. Case and movement stamped JK within dividers. Accompanied by a fitted box.
