Rose gold open faced keyless lever by Patek Philippe

A fine Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless lever Chronometro Gondolo with 24-hour dial, circa 1905. Sold on December 27, 1905, retailed by Gondolo & Laboriau, Relojoeiros, Rio de Janeiro. Gilt-brass movement, 21 jewels, straight-line lever moustache escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, Wilmot‘s patented index micrometre regulator, gold wheel train, wolf’s tooth winding. Gold hinged cuvette. Later white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, red 6-12-18-0 (24), outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial and original gold spade hands. Engine-turned dial, the case back with foliate monogram CS. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, case and movement numbered. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
