The timepiece is housed in a round three body, 14 carat solid pink gold open faced case with an engraved monogram on the back cover, a fluted winding crown, a sturdy round suspension bow, and a gold inner cuvette signed Pavel Buhre supplier to His Imperial Majesty (in Russian). The watch comes with a long 14 carat gold chain measuring approximately 114 cm and weighing 21.5 g.
