A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1905. Retailed by Gondolo & Labouriau, Relojoeiros, Rio de Janeiro. The Swiss moustache lever escapement with a cut and compensated bimetallic balance, cam regulation and wolf’s tooth winding. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost Arabic five minute numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel spade hands. A polished hinged case. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered, cuvette numbered and additionally signed Gondolo & Labouriau Rio de Janeiro, cuvette and movement with matching numbers.
