A fine and rare Swiss 18-carat gold lady’s lapel quartz watch hanging from an 18-carat gold chain and brooch fastened to a suede bow, circa 1989. Made in a limited edition of 2000 examples in 1989 to celebrate Patek Philippe’s 150th anniversary. White enamel dial with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute track, and original black gold Breguet hands. Movement with quartz standardization. Solid and polished case, curved band, Louis XV winding crown. Dial, case, and movement signed.
