A very fine Swiss 18K gold $20 U.S. coin dated 1924 with concealed watch, circa 1950s. Rhodium-plated ¾ plate movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring. A champagne-coloured dial with painted hour indexes and black baton hands. Double-cased, the coin opening with a push-piece in the band, a three-body hinged inner case. Dial signed, movement signed Eska.
