A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch with 24 hour dial, circa 1905. Frosted gilt movement, 15 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight line moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute track, outermost 24 hour red Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and original gold Louis XV hands.  Plain case. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, case and movement numbered. Comes with the original fitted box and certificate of origin.
