A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced belle époque keyless lever pendant watch with an 18 carat gold integral bow brooch, circa 1890. Retailed by L. & E. Fabre, Buenos Aires. Matte gilt movement, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with terminal curve, index regulator. Matte silver dial with painted Arabic numerals on an engine-turned reserve, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and original blued steel Breguet hands.  The bezel overlaid with translucent aquamarine guilloché enamel, matte band, the case back decorated with aquamarine, opalescent and white guilloché enamel, gold musical trophy and bow and garland border. Dial signed by the retailer.
