A large, oval rock crystal enamel watch, rare and with very fine painting with erotic scenes, made in Vienna, Austria, circa 1800. The case of this watch is crafted from silver and enamel and features the master’s marl LP, a very elaborately enamelled, mythological scene on the back and on the inside a hidden erotic depiction “The Myth of Jupiter and Antiope”. The two coloured, very rare enamel dial  features an hour track with Roman hour numerals and gold Breguet hands. The gilt movement is equipped with a verge escapement.
