A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1909. Retailed by Theo. Brinkmann in Naples, Italy. Sold  September 24th, 1909. The gilt Swiss lever movement with a cut and compensated bimetallic balance. White enamel dial with Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gilt Louis XV hands. The polished hinged case with a personal engraving to the cuvette: A.G. Pizzini i colleghi medici 28 Aprile 1910. Case and dial signed by the watchmaker and retailer, movement signed by the watchmaker. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
