A rare English 18 carat gold hunting cased minute repeating keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1900. Gilt finished 3/4 plate lever movement, diamond endstone, some jewels carried in screwed gold chatons, minute repeating on two gongs activated by a slide in the band. Gold cuvette with presentation inscription. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Polished case with monogram to the front lid. Dial and movement signed, case stamped with maker’s mark AB and with London date letter for 1900, pendant stamped F.T. for Fred Thoms.
