A fine and heavy Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless lever tourbillon watch, ebauche made circa 1940, finished and encased circa 1985. Three quarter plate nickel finished jewelled lever movement, mono-metallic balance, blued steel balance spring with overcoil, one minute tourbillon regulator with Grether’s second type polished steel three armed carriage, glazed dust cover. Matte gilt dial with Roman numerals, outer gilt dot minute divisions and constant seconds. Heavy case, hinged back. Case stamped ‘JPH’ for Jean-Pierre Hagmann, movement numbered 10/10.
