A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1915. Retailed by M.A. Hagen Newton Co in Fargo, North Dakota, U.S.A. The nickel finished lever movement with 17 jewels and bimetallic compensation balance. Champagne coloured dial with gold Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, a sunk center, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel heavy moon hands. The plain case with a hinged back, centred by an engraved bark finish decoration. Case and dial signed, movement signed by the watchmaker and retailer.
