A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever watch, circa 1914. Ultra thin mechanical movement, 18 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding. Engine turned champagne coloured dial with Roman numerals, railway minute divisions and blued steel Breguet hands. Plain case, hinged back with enameled monogram CHL. Case, cuvette, dial and movement signed.
