A fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever chronometer watch with Guillaume balance, circa 1907. Retailed by Bailey, Banks & Biddle, Co., Philadelphia. Nickel finished Extra Special lever movement, double numbered, 21 jewels, guillaume balance, wolf’s tooth winding. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic five minute divisions and subsidiary seconds. Case monogrammed to the back. Movement numbered and signed by watchmaker, dial and movement signed by retailer, cuvette and case numbered.
