A French 18 carat rose gold open faced quarter repeating three motion keywound Jacquemart watch, circa 1810-1820. Full plate gilt finished movement, pierced and engraved balance cock, three armed balance, silvered regulator dial, quarter repeat activate through the crown. Gilt cuvette. Blue metal dial with central white enamel hour and minute dial, Breguet numerals, blued Breguet hands, surrounded by a gilt man and woman striking bells, accompanied by a child striking a third bell, all surrounded by a gilt swag. Polished case, scalloped band, hinged back.
