A fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch with pulsation dial, circa 1880-1899. Nickel finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer calibrated fifth seconds ring with Arabic five minute divisions, red graduated pulsations ring, two sunken subsidiary dials for 30 minute register and constant seconds. Polished case, chronograph operated through the crown, hinged back. Case, cuvette, dial and movement signed, case and cuvette numbered.
