A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless lever watch, circa 1909. Jewelled keyless lever movement. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals. The front and back bezels with blue enamel Greek key design, the base of the bow similarly decorated with blue enamel, hinged case back with blue enamel engraved monogram. Case, cuvette and movement signed and numbered, dial signed.
