A Swiss gold and enamel open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1925. Nickel finished lever movement, 18 jewels. Silvered dial with applied gold Breguet numerals, gold moon style hands and subsidiary seconds. Bezels, band and bow with black and blue enamel lines enhanced by white gold detail, the snap on case back with blue enamel monogram JDF and inner inscription Presented to James D Fleming By the Merchants and Manufacturers of the City of Troy N.Y. October 12 – 1929. Case, dial and movement signed by watchmaker, movement also signed by retailer, case and movement numbered.
