A fine Swiss 18-carat gold and enamel open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1918. Retailed by Bunde & Upmeyer Co, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Nickel finished lever movement, 18 jewels. Gold cuvette. Off-white enamel dial with Roman numerals and sunken subsidiary seconds. Murat style case, bezels decorated with black enamel Greek key motifs, hinged back with monogram GK to the centre monogram. Case, dial, cuvette and movement signed by watchmaker, cuvette and movement further signed by retailer, case and movement numbered.
