Open faced minute repeating keyless lever chronograph by Patek Philippe

A very fine, rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating keyless lever split seconds chronograph watch, circa 1903. Nickel finished jewelled lever movement, minute repeating on two steel hammers onto two gongs. Gold cuvette with inscription Presented to George A. Dinton by the Sibley, Lindsay & Curr Co. In appreciation of brave and faithful service Feb. 26th, 1904. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer red five minute divisions and subsidiary seconds. Plain  case, concealed hinge to the back and engraved monogram GAD, repeating slide and chronograph locking slide in the band, split seconds chronograph activated through the crown and button in the band. Case, cuvette, dial and movement signed, case and movement numbered.
