A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating perpetual calendar pocket watch with moon phases, circa 1891. Nickel finished jeweled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf’s tooth winding, minute repeating on two hammers on to a gong, activated through a slide in the band. Inscribed rose gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute track, four subsidiary dials for day and month in French, date combined with constant seconds, phases of the moon combined with lunar calendar and blued steel spade hands.  Monogrammed case, coin edge rims, hinged back. Case, cuvette, dial and movement signed and numbered.
