A Swiss 18 carat rose gold and enamel hunting cased key-wound verge pocket watch, circa 1840. Full plate gilt finished verge movement, chain fusée three armed balance, pierced and engraved balance cock, silvered regulator disc. Silvered guilloché dial, polished chapter ring with Roman numerals and blued steel moon hands. Polychrome guilloché enamel floral and scroll motif to the hinged case back, green and red guilloché bezel with an alternating floral and geometric motif, red enamel bow. Cuvette signed by watchmaker, case numbered.
