14 carat gold, “à goutte” hunting case with all 3 lids gold. Different numbers on case and movement. Precision lever movement with screwed gold chatons, fine adjusting device and rare caliber H6 patent 55231. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds and golden Breguet hands.
