A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold manual winding pocket watch, made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1980. A polished solid case, a gold cuvette and the back engraved with initials. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute divisions,  subsidiary seconds at 6, and blued steel hands. Lever escapement. The dial, case and movement are signed.
