An English lever fusee movement, three armed balance, cylindrical pillars, engraved:  Joseph Johnson, 25 Church Street Liverpool, dust cover, white enamel dial, black Roman numerals, Fleur de Lys hands, subsidiary constant seconds dial, four-piece hinged case with engraved, floral sprays and foliate decoration, the front cover engraved with an eagle on a shield.
Some hairline cracks to the dial, fine engraving.
