Gold half  hunting case pocket watch

A gentleman’s important half hunting case pocket watch with minute tourbillon, circa 1904. The last one of only 7 tourbillons known and attributed to Dent with a 18k gold case, smooth, tiered, applied gold ring with inlaid cobalt blue radial Roman numerals, gold dome, case maker punch mark “FT” (Frederick Thoms), turning pendant. The dial is enamel, sunk auxiliary seconds, blued double spade hands. 3/4 plate movement, frosted, gilt, screwed chatons, blued screws, Swiss lever escapement, gold screw compensation balance, blued balance spring, finely executed mirror polished steel tourbillon cage, chatoned diamond endstone on balance, ruby endstone on lever and escape wheel.
