Gold full hunting cased minute repeater

A very fine Swiss, 18K yellow gold, hunting cased, keyless minute repeating pocket watch, circa 1890. Made for the South American market. The front and back covers with engine-turning, floral decorated cartouche with initials, reeded band, gold hinged cuvette engraved with movement details. Silver dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, centre and the outermost in applied gold floral decoration, subsidiary sunk seconds. Blued steel spade hands. A nickel movement, damascened, 28 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band.
