An English verge pocket watch in gilt repousse pair cases, circa 1760. Full plate fire gilt movement, square baluster pillars. Pierced and engraved cock with endstone. Silver regulator disc. Fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates. Plain three arm gilt balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. White enamel dial with black Roman and Arabic numerals, Blue steel beetle and poker hands. Plain gilt inner case, gilt pendant and bow. Gilt repousse outer the chased and engraved scene depicting classically dressed persons.
