A very fine English elegant and massive yellow gold open-faced key wind watch with triple color gold dial, circa 1820. Gilt full plate fusee and chain movement, finely engraved balance bridge and cock with scrolling foliage, diamond endstone, balance wheel with two large screws and counterweights, dust cover.
Guilloché gold dial, applied gold Roman numerals, sunk subsidiary second, white, yellow and green gold foliate decoration.
Engine turned case back, the case band with heavy foliate engraving. Dust cover and movement signed.
