A fine French 18 carat gold, enamel and pearl set open faced pocket watch, circa 1790. The movement with a verge escapement. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, Arabic five minute numerals and decorative gold hands. Both bezels are set with pearls, a polychrome enamelled medallion on the case back. Dial signed. Comes with the original winding key.
