A very fine and unusual, large, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch with black 24-hour dial, circa 1950. Solid case, polished, stepped sides. Black enamel dial with applied yellow gold bâton markers and concentric 24-hour graduation, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold épée hands. Movement, rhodium-plated, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to temperatures and two positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck, micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
