A fine Swiss, 18K gold rose-cut diamond and ruby-set lady’s keyless pendant watch, circa 1890. With a detachable 18K gold, ruby and pearl-set coronet-form brooch.
A polished band, the bezel set with rose-cut diamonds and rubies, the back entirely set with rose-cut diamonds and rubies. Hinged gold cuvette with engraved inscription. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and Arabic five-minute numerals. Gold baton hands. A matte gilt movement, bar calibre, ten jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, cylinder escapement, plain three-arm gilt balance, blued steel fl at balance spring, index regulator. Cuvette signed.
