A fine Swiss rare yellow gold minute repeating open faced watch, circa 1920, manual winding jeweled nickel lever movement with the seal of Geneva, 2 hammers repeating on 2 gongs.
Silvered dial with painted Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds.
18K Yellow gold case, hinged case back, slide for the repeater at 3 o’clock, case, dial and movement signed.

Haas Neveux and Cie. went from B. Haas Jeune and Cie. by Benjamin Haas and was based in Geneva. The company has branches in New York, Paris, Cannes and Besançon. The company was listed as a “Manufacture”. In 1902, Haas Neveux and Cie. the first prize for precision in the competition of the prestigious “Observatoire de Geneve”.
