A fine, 18K yellow gold, keyless dress pocket watch with original yellow gold chain and 18K gold Rolex clip, circa 1950. Prince Imperial Rolex, Officially Certified Chronometer. Two-body, irregular hexagonal, polished and brushed, pendant ring at top right corner. Silver eccentric dial, applied faceted yellow gold baton indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial with applied yellow gold baton indexes. Yellow gold dauphine hands. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to seven positions, self-compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, Rolex patented escapement protecting cap, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
